Mr. Stinson currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Adaptive Home Health. Prior to Adaptive, he served in the U.S. Army most recently as an infantry Captain in the 82nd Airborne Division. Mr. Stinson is a graduate of U.S. Army Ranger and Jump Master schools and is a Registered Nurse. He earned a BS in Nursing from Baylor University and a BA in Russian from Wake Forest University.
Hunter Stinson, BSN RN

Mr. Stinson has spent his entire career building and investing in Healthcare businesses. Mr. Stinson founded Adaptive Home Health, Adaptive Senior Living, and Adaptive Management. Prior to founding Adaptive, Mr. Stinson led successful investments in several healthcare companies globally. He also helped to found 3 Boomerang Capital, an investment firm focused on healthcare and serves on the Board of its portfolio Company, ABS Bio. Most recently, he was Chairman of the Board at Touchstone Infusion and Premier Physical Therapy. He is also actively involved in numerous animal welfare organizations. Mr. Stinson earned a BA in Russian from Wake Forest University.
Logan Stinson

Mr. Glenn serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Adaptive Home Health. Prior to Adaptive, he served in the U.S Army for almost a decade, most recently as an infantry Captain in the 4th Infantry Division. Mr. Glenn is a graduate of U.S. Army Ranger, Airborne and Air Assault schools and earned a BS in Finance from University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and an MBA from the University of Colorado.

Mr. Sherer serves as the Chief Clinical Officer of Adaptive Home Health. Prior to Adaptive, Mr. Sherer served as an Executive Director of Operations at Centerwell (fka Kindred) and Amedisys. Mr. Sherer began his career as a Critical Care RN at Covenant Health. Mr. Sherer has over a decade of nurse-management experience, specializing in clinical quality practices. Mr. Sherer is a Registered Nurse and earned a BS in Nursing from Texas Tech.

Ms. Ippolito serves as the Vice President of Business Development of Adaptive Home Health. Prior to Adaptive, Ms. Ippolito was the Director of Sales at Home Care Providers of Texas. Ms. Ippolito has spent her entire career in Texas home health and has built a strong team that combines strong hospital-relationships with a patient-centered approach to marketing. Ms. Ippolito earned a BA in Psychology from the University of North Texas.

Sharon Hale brings over 15 years of human resources experience in the healthcare industry across both Texas and California. Currently, as Director of Human Resources at Adaptive Home Health, Sharon plays a vital role in shaping a workplace culture that directly supports high-quality patient outcomes. Her leadership ensures that the organization attracts, retains, and develops compassionate, qualified professionals who are equipped to deliver exceptional care. By strengthening HR systems, compliance, training, and employee engagement, Sharon helps create a supportive environment where clinical staff can focus on what matters most— the patients.

Ms. Pruett serves as Vice President of Operations and Clinical Services at Adaptive Home Health. Throughout her career, Amanda has successfully led multi-site operations, driving strategic growth, improving clinical outcomes, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. She brings over 12 years of leadership experience in home health care, with a strong focus on operational excellence and clinical quality. She holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing Leadership and Management and is a licensed Registered Nurse.

Dr. Lyle Westerhouse is the Director of Therapy at Adaptive Home Health and has been practicing physical therapy in Texas since 2017. He is passionate about improving patient outcomes and fostering innovation in the home health setting. Dr. Westerhouse earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. He is committed to building a collaborative team culture that pursues the highest levels of professional development within the field.

Dr. Lauren-Elizabeth Westerhouse, PT, DPT, COMT, NCPT, is the Director of Orthopedics at Adaptive Home Health and has been practicing physical therapy in Texas since 2017, specializing in orthopedics and manual therapy. She is passionate about improving patients’ experiences and elevating their understanding of the value of physical therapy in the home health setting. Dr. Westerhouse collaborates closely with referring orthopedic surgeons to enhance and implement the Adaptive Home Health Orthopedic Program, which provides comprehensive care to orthopedic patients and equips clinicians to excel as orthopedic providers. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a Clinical Concentration from Louisiana Tech University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. She is currently completing her Fellowship in Manual Therapy with the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy.

Mr. Hering serves as Controller of Adaptive Home Health. Mr. Hering has led various size financial departments, from new beginnings to needing improvements. As the Controller, his strategic goals are to improve process, gain greater insights into business and support the overall team in making good financial decisions. He has over 30 years of accounting experience, the last 18 years as the Chief Accounting Officer for a Skilled Nursing Company. He holds a CPA from the State of Texas..

Mr. McCauley serves as a Partner in Mergers & Acquisitions at Adaptive Management Holdings. Prior to Adaptive, Mr. McCauley spent a decade investing in healthcare companies, with a particular focus on U.S.-based healthcare providers. Most recently, Mr. McCauley served on the Boards of Touchstone Infusion and Premier Physical Therapy. Other prior healthcare investments include Spine and Sport Physical Therapy, Citra Health Solutions and Steripack.
Mr. McCauley has a BA in Economics from Boston College.

Mr. James serves as a Partner in Mergers & Acquisitions at Adaptive Management Holdings. Prior to Adaptive, Mr. James was an investor at Nexa Equity and Genstar Capital investing in a variety of verticals including healthcare, software and industrials. He began his career as an investment banker at JP Morgan in the Financial Institutions Group. Mr. James’ broad investing experience helps guide Adaptive’s capital deployment and platform development. Mr. James earned a BS in Finance from Wake Forest University.
