Full Time Marketing Liaison (Houston)

Job Description

Adaptive Home Health is looking for a Marketing Liaison to join our fast-growing and fast-paced team, servicing patients throughout various regions of Texas. We’re looking for an independent, self-driven and highly motivated individual to manage, maintain, and grow relationships with referral sources in the Central Houston/Inner Loop area.

Experience/Education

  • High school Diploma/GED
  • Minimum 2 years’ healthcare marketing experience (Home Health preferred)
  • Training provided.

Major Responsibilities

  • Obtain referrals for patients in need of Home Health Services.
  • Grow market share, referrals and admissions, in assigned territory
  • Develop, maintain and grow trusting relationships with referral sources.
  • Effective and timely communication with office/team, referral sources and patients.
  • Exceed monthly admission quota and goals.
  • Compassion and priority of high-quality patient care and patient satisfaction.
  • Speak with patients prior to discharge to introduce and set expectations about Adaptive Home Health and our care.
  • Keeps detailed records of marketing activities and strategic initiatives.
  • Identifies and resolves service issues with emphasis on patient and referral-source satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Understands and adheres to all external accreditation review standards, applicable state, local and Federal laws and / or regulations including maintaining patient confidentiality through abiding by HIPAA laws/regulations.
  • Understands and adheres to all company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently is a MUST.
  • Must live in or near the Central Houston/Inner Loop area.

Compensation Package

  • Salary plus Commission(uncapped)
